With an endless passion for food & beverage, Ann is a Minnesota native who most recently managed food & beverage programming for two luxury brand hotels. She moved to Oregon in the fall of 2017 to work harvest and went on to take courses in viticulture & winemaking to bring her wine knowledge to the next level.
After over a decade of experience in restaurants, Ann opened & operated Lingua Franca’s summer Pop-Up Tasting Room at Thistle, an award-winning, farm to table restaurant, in historic downtown McMinnville that won The Oregonian’s 2011 ‘Restaurant of the Year’ award.
