Jack combines a passion for sustainable agriculture with robust experience in vineyard management. While earning his degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis, Jack’s commitment to sustainable practices was sparked through his work on water conservation with a USDA-funded viticulture research lab. His professional journey involves leading diverse, large teams on significant projects, including managing Oregon’s largest organic vegetable farm and working with a prominent vineyard management company in the region. Jack strongly supports regenerative agriculture and has been successful in implementing holistic land management projects. He’s skilled at change management and the adoption of new systems and processes that increase operational efficiency. Jack is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and constructing high-performing teams. When he steps out of the vineyard, he is happiest when skateboarding and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and lively daughter.
